Welcome to this IDG Team Survey
To start, let's briefly cover the background and objectives of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). The IDGs are linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2015, the United Nations set 17 goals to have a more sustainable and just world by 2030. The goals concern, for example, poverty, education and the climate crisis. While there is this vision regarding what needs to happen in the world, progress is slow. One explanation for the slow progress is that we lack human skills: skills to deal effectively with the complexities of these development goals.
An international research team has suggested 23 qualities that can help individuals, teams, organizations and humanity as a whole in the new era we have entered. In addition to helping you pursue the Sustainable Development Goals, the qualities also help your team deal with the more complex and/or strategic questions your team is working on. When you download the PDF report after completing the survey, be sure to interpret the results in the context of these questions.
